Job envy!

So I am perhaps obsessed with this show called "No Reservations" (first aired back in 2005) who happens to be hosted by this super awesome Chef...you might of heard of him before- Chef Anthony Bourdain ;) Of course you HAVE! This amazing show has won several Emmy awards. Chef Bourdain in a true New Yorker with French roots. He was educated at Vassar College later discovering his passion in Culinary Arts and was classical trained at CIA. Anthony travels to awesome places, such as: Laos, Egypt, Portugal, Peru, India and the list goes on and on. I am a tad bit butt hurt his ass has not ventured more into Eastern Europe, but I get it....the stereotypical potatoes and meat can seem a little unadorned compared to lets say Indian food that is so rich in spices and vibrant in colors. But I think Anthony would be pleasantly surprised at how much Polish food has to offer. A lot more than just meat and potatoes!Maybe I should write him a letter?!
Anyways, so Anthony not only travels and comments on the cuisines he encounters, but on top of it all he is so darn witty and real. Curses like a sailor, smokes like a chimney and eats like a pig-my kind of guy (of course to watch on TV). He pretty much has my dream job! Last nights episode took him to Sardinia with his wife who happens to be...you guessed it SARDINIAN! Each episode makes me laugh, salivate, even gag at times and simply ENVY his job! I know the job requires him to be away from his family weeks at a time, but still! It is one awesome show!!Thank you Travel Channel for airing such a masterpiece and BOOOO to you Food Network for initially not continuing with this show!
